Be thankful for your troubles

Hi everyone,

Apparently hospitals are full of people, mostly with patients having symptoms similar to H1N1.This little but potent virus is wrecking havoc in every one's life...people are panicking!everyone is demanding test and antiviral...sometimes they become angry when they don't get what they want and blame the other party...but the other party is trying their best to do whatever is necessary.... but of course there are policies and guidelines to adhere to.They can't simply undertake throat swab on everyone and can't simply prescribe Tamiflu to everybody with symptoms...it is us who has to be more vigilant of what is happening to us or our loved ones and take extra precautions. It is easy to get angry at everyone and everybody when we are faced with the current situations..but does getting upset or angry serves anybody any good??I doubt it...

Remember, whenever one door seemingly closes, another door opens...you just have to keep positive, stay aware and look to see what it is instead of getting upset when things don't unfold as you anticipated...ask the next person or clinic if one rejected you...finally they have no option left but to say yes..
Holding grudges and resentment has a negative effect on health.Forgiving someone can release the negative energy and will positively impact on how you feel and your overall health. This is especially important now days...given the current circumstances and situations.
Be thankful for your troubles for happiness is to be found along the way, not at the end of the road.At the end of the road, the journey is over and it is too late...
Today this hour, this minute is the day,the hour, the minute for each of us to sense the fact that life is good with all of its trial and troubles and perhaps more interestingly because of them.

Until my next posting, remember what Jim Rohn says...do not major in minor...live with passion and take care.
